Technical Product Manager / Product Owner (OnlyFans CRM)

We develop a high-performance CRM system for managing OnlyFans accounts, automating operations for large content agencies. We do not work with documented APIs — there simply aren’t any. Our product is built on continuous reverse engineering, intercepting WebSocket traffic, simulating user behavior in the browser, and bypassing the platform’s strict protection systems. Massive volumes of raw data flow through our system every minute, which must be aggregated, deduplicated, and monetized.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Design data collection logic under strict platform polling limits (filter funnels, micro-steps, contact prioritization).

• Develop revenue maximization algorithms (Smart Pricing based on moving medians, accounting for “whales” and low-spending users).

• Manage data flow architecture between Chrome extensions (Frontend) and the Database (Backend) to prevent DDoS effects and race conditions.

• Overcome development team resistance: translate business goals into technical algorithms and push forward complex, “impossible” solutions.

• Continuously test the platform manually (as an end-user chatter), identifying growth points for conversion and Average Response Time.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

Who We’re Looking For:
A person with a sharp, cynical, algorithmic mindset. If you’re used to working only with ready-made APIs and expect developers to figure out the implementation themselves — we won’t be a good fit. You must be comfortable opening the browser console (DevTools), extracting required JSON payloads, and working with the backend team to build logical architecture.

Requirements:

• Strong algorithmic and product thinking. You can calculate limits, throughput, quotas, and timing down to the second.

• Technical background with solid understanding of SPA architecture, WebSockets, HTTP headers, local storage, and browser extensions. Coding is not required, but designing data exchange structures is mandatory.

• Experience managing complex IT products in high-load niches (adult, arbitrage, parsing, highload CRM) is a strong advantage.

• Understanding of adult content industry metrics: PPV, fan LTV, chargebacks, double selling.

• Strong nerves and readiness to quickly adapt to sudden platform algorithm change
