A specialist who will not only draft plans, monitor development deadlines, and establish and adjust project processes, but also take part in product decisions and the development of the project.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Long-term and short-term planning

• Prioritization of tasks and bugs

• Breakdown and estimation of tasks for features

• People management: setting goals, one-on-ones with team members, development plan

• Conducting meetings: timing, active facilitation, follow-ups

• Micromanagement: creating tasks, providing descriptions, assigning, setting deadlines, monitoring task performance

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Experience managing f2p projects in the match 3 genre and other currently operational related casual genres

• Understanding of project management processes, planning, performance, and monitoring

• Teamwork skills, evaluation and motivation

• In-depth knowledge of casual games (preferably match 3)

• Understanding of basic product metrics (CPI, LTV/RPI, Retention, ARPU, ARPPU)

• Tech. background: basic app architecture

• Understanding of the development pipeline for game resources
