I am an independent recruiter and looking for Game UI/UX Designer in EU countries for famous game development company.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
● Research: Explore and suggest ideas for different UX solutions.
● Wireframing & Prototyping: Under the direction of the product manager and art director, translate product ideas into wireframes and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and gameplay flows.
● Visual Design: Create compelling UI elements, icons, and logos, that align with the game’s art direction and enhance player immersion.
● Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, game designers, animators, artists, and sound man to ensure the UI/UX complements the overall game design and narrative and that the designs are feasible and meet project requirements.
● Style Guides: Develop and maintain UI style guides and design documentation to ensure consistency across all game interfaces.
● Stay Updated: Keep up with gaming industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our UI/UX designs.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
● Experience: 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design, in the gaming industry, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects.
● Tools: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma.
Unity and 3d software are nice to have.
● Knowledge: Understanding of game mechanics and player psychology, as well as familiarity with responsive and adaptive design principles.
● Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
● Languages: Proficiency in English (written and spoken) and Russian (spoken).
